Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ratna Shastra, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our gemstones. Each stone is hand-selected and verified by reputable laboratories. Our refund policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our collection and the satisfaction of our collectors.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day inspection period for all gemstone purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The gemstone must be in its original, unset, and unaltered condition.
All original lab certificates (GIA, IGI, etc.) and provenance documentation must be returned undamaged.
Tampering with the stone or the official seal (if applicable) will void the return policy.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized jewelry settings created specifically for a gemstone.
Gemstones that have been set into a piece of jewelry by an external jeweler.
Items sold during "Final Clearance" or special exhibition sales.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once a shipment is processed and insured, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return process must be followed.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned gemstone (which may involve verification by our internal gemologists), we will process your refund.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card).
Please allow 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after verification.
Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

5. Shipping for Returns

To ensure security, all returns must be sent via a trackable and insured shipping service. Ratna Shastra is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
