The results of the provided certificate are final and represent the professional opinion of the issuing laboratory at the time of testing.

2. Astrological Guidance

Our consultations are based on traditional Vedic Astrology principles. While we take great care in our analysis, astrology is a science of probability and faith. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, health cures, or financial results from wearing a gemstone.

3. Orders & Pricing

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or stock discrepancy. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Liability

All gemstones are shipped fully insured. Our liability for loss or damage ends once the package is delivered and signed for by the recipient or their representative at the provided address.

6. Dispute Resolution
